16.1hh TB X WB 2003 4* level Sire: Cevin Z Dam: Sovereign Flight Bred by Sally Bullen Owned by Sally Bullen

AT ONLY 9 YEARS OLD, SHE FINISHED 11TH AT THE 2012 LONDON OLYMPIC GAMES AND THUS GAINED THE WELL DESERVED NICK NAME OF 'THE JUMPING MACHINE', ONE THAT MOST RIDERS WOULD LOVE TO RIDE AT AN OLYMPIC CHALLENGE! She was also named "horse of the games" by several enthusiasts and experts, including the french magazine "Grand Prix".

Pennyz is a homebred with jumper bloodlines who started eventing aged 6 with her first BE90 in 2009 progressing to her first CIC* later that year (12th). Pennyz is a magical jumper and gained top placings in 2010 at Intermediate level, she culminated that season winning her first CCI** at the 7yo British Champs and finished 9th at the 7yo World Championships at Le Lion D'Angers.

In 2011 she impressed in her CIC3* debut at Bramham for 7th, and in the London test event (also 7th). After her 3rd in the Gatcombe Intermediate Championships with a terrific double clear in the time, she closed the season with an outstanding 6th in her first CCI*** at Blenheim. Pennyz subsequently started 2012 with a bang with a 3rd in the Rome Montelibretti CCI*** in February helping Vittoria to gain Olympic qualification! She then carried on her run up to the games with a 4th at Bramham CCI***. Borough Pennyz performed fantastically at the 2012 London Olympic Games, with an 11th individual placing with three outstanding clear performances in the cross country and jumping tests adding just one SJ time fault to her dressage score! Being one of the youngest horses at the games, she really impressed and showed huge promise for major future results!

2013 highlights were winning Twesledown Open Intermediate and Belton CIC*** and an incredible CCI4* debut at Badminton where a fast double clear on a good dressage gained a 7th place and Highest placed British Bred Mare Award. August 2013 Pennyz won the Hartpury CCI** preparing her for individual 8th and team 4th at the 2013 European Championships, held in Malmo - Sweden.!
